When you use a no-reply address as your WooCommerce “From” email but want a real contact address in your order emails, this plugin makes it easy. It lets you add a dedicated email to all WooCommerce notifications without editing theme files or core code.

Providing a real contact email improves communication and makes your emails more professional. Customers can reply directly to support emails and won’t get confused by a no-reply address.

Once installed, the plugin adds a new field in Woo Commerce → Settings → Emails. Enter your desired support email in the Contact Address field. Then use the {contact_email} placeholder anywhere in your email templates, including the Additional Content section. The plugin automatically creates a clickable email link for your customers. If the contact email is empty, Woo Commerce uses your existing From address as a fallback.
